Natalie Portman worked with celebrity hairstylist Mara Roszak for her Cannes Film Festival ‘May December’ premiere look.

“Natalie wore a custom, classic dior gown re-created from an original 1948 design.

I knew the dress called for a sleek updo. The center part added the modern touch and the fable and mane hair oil for finishing shine.”

Mara Prepped her hair with the RŌZ foundation shampoo and conditioner to create the lightweight fresh cleanse needed before a carpet.

Then Fable & Mane post-wash smooth & shine hair oil was applied to prep the hair for this smooth sleek updo.

Then her hair was blown dry, her hair smoothed with a round brush then created a straight, center part.

Separated the hairline section from the rest of the hair and pulled the hair back into a tight ponytail and created a bun shape, pinning the hair in place with bobby-pins.

Combed the hairline sections back to meet the bun in the back and pinned.

Finished the look off with hairspray and finally I added one tiny drop of Fable & Mane pre-wash hair oil to the palms of my hands and gently glided the oil over the top of the hair for extra glossy shine.
