Helen Mirren Wore Del Core To The ‘Jeanne du Barry’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere & Opening Ceremony

Dame Helen Mirren attended the Cannes Film Festival opening ceremony and ‘Jeanne du Barry’ premiere as an ambassador for L’Oreal this evening.

The British actress, who is currently promoting her new film ‘Fast X,’ wore a custom Del Core taffeta blue gown.

You know my feelings about anything made from taffeta, but did find myself being charmed by the design.

However, the fabric was the furthest thing from my mind when I first saw this look, because I was wondering if her stylist had Lady Gaga on his vision board when creating this look, because it instantly reminded me of her 2019 Golden Globes moment when she dyed her hair blue to match her gown.
