Celine At The Wiltern
The Celine Women’s Winter 2023 collection titled ‘AGE OF INDIENESS,’ was presented on Thursday (December 8) at The Wiltern in Los Angeles with a host of celebrities in the front row.
You won’t be surprised to see that Brie Larson was in attendance.
The actress has always enjoyed a special relationship with the brand, which really came into fruition during Awards Season where she wore a few custom gowns.
Her most notable custom Celine dress was of course from the 2020 Oscars.
What does this dress and her Oscar gown have in common? Sequins of course.
Celine ? Custom Dresses ? Sequins.
It’s the gift that keeps on giving.
While most opted wear looks which spoke to Celine’s grungy aesthetic, Brie opted to serve up pure glamour.
‘Black Adam’ star Quintessa Swindell, one of my favourite newbies of the year who wore Celine twice during their promo tour, also went the glam route wearing a shimmering gold high-low Celine gown which gave them goddess energy.
Her look was styled with black sandals and a Celine quilted bag.
I know how you all feel about the logos, but my issue is that this Celine outfit is going to three different events.
The sequin jacket is going to an ‘80s disco, the bustier is going to a fashion week party, while the skirt is going to to take center court at the Wimbledon Tennis Championship ladies final.
Her look was styled with a mini Celine Triomphe bag.
This is the first time I have looked at Ava Elizabeth Phillippe and not mistaken her for her mother.

Sky Ferreira is wearing a lot of Celine layers, but the end result doesn’t feel overcooked.
Shaun White was able to easily channel the Celine Homme man, by just wearing a studded leather jacket.
Wiz Khalifa married the rock rap aesthetic wearing a fringed leather Celine Homme jacket with baggy jeans.
Do you think Kid Cudi was there recruiting for his marching band?
Jokes aside, he’s rocking the hell out of this Celine Homme look. I love his fearless approach to fashion.
Some of you didn’t love the Paris Jackson Vivienne Westwood union.
I would say that Celine would be a great fit for her going forward if this look is anything to go by.
