Lily James Wore Alaïa To The BFI London Film Festival Luminous Gala

Lily James attended the BFI London Film Festival Luminous Gala held at The Londoner Hotel on Thursday (September 29) in England, after wowing us at the 2022 Emmy Awards earlier this month.

Chic and simple, her vintage Alaïa gown from Mon Vintage has a ’90s minimalist-inspired silhouette cut with a strappy ties that wraps seductively around the back.

This gown perfectly highlights the Azzedine Alaïa uncompromising vision which championed masterful cuts that accentuate the female form.  This is something that continues today under the creative direction of Pieter Mulier.

I like how Lily kept things light when it came to the accessories, adding just a subtle pair of mini hoop earrings and a single ring from Jessica McCormack.

Adding to the overall sex appeal that was oozing from this look, Lily styled her copper tresses into a high bun with curtain bangs framing her face.
