Jessica Biel Wore Giambattista Valli, Alexandre Vauthier & Tory Burch Promoting ‘Candy’
Jessica Biel attended the Los Angeles premiere of Hulu’s ‘Candy’ held at the El Capitan Theatre on Monday (May 9) in Los Angeles, California.
The actress wore palazzo trousers from the Giambattista Valli Spring 2022 collection with a simple crop top which she styled with a white Tyler Ellis clutch and a selection of Foundrae jewels.
What I like about this is the cool, laidback, summer, low-key miniseries premiere vibes.
As a tall woman, I do love palazzo trousers, but white taffeta ones that drag on the floor?
Not so much.
I don’t know how – or when or why – this became a trend, but trousers like this will never look elegant to me.
On the same day Jessica made a guest appearance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ where she wore a beautiful blue pussy bow top and high-waisted tailored trousers from the Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2022 collection.
This backs up my point when it comes to trousers looking more elegant when they are not dragging all over the floor.
For her guest appearance on ‘The Ellen Show,’ Jessica wore a full Tory Burch Spring 2022 look which gives us not only her third trousered look from this promo tour, but a mini-trend.
This might be my favourite of the three, mostly on account of the interesting details such as the topstitch detail on the trousers, and the texture of her plaited-rib short-sleeve sweater.
The ribbed bandeau works here, but I wonder if this will be a trend that will translate in everyday life?
