I would say that the sheerness added to the allure of the look, along with her glossy red lips, and smouldering eye makeup.

Would this dress have been as enthralling had it been lined?

I don’t think so.

Tiffany & Co. platinum jewels and Christian Louboutin ‘Gardnera’ peep-toe sandals completed her look.

Natalie Portman was very much in her own lane wearing this simple, yet elegant Dior Spring 2020 Haute Couture forest green, twisted, draped and pleated chiffon dress.

By contrast, this dress benefited from being lined.
