Ariana DeBose Wore BOSS & Dundas To The Oscars Nominees Luncheon & The Hollywood Reporter’s Oscar Nominees Night

Ariana DeBose, who is widely considered to be a BAFTAs (this weekend) and Oscar (March 27) frontrunner for Best Supporting Actress, attended the Oscars Nominees Luncheon and The Hollywood Reporter’s Oscar Nominees Night party on Monday (March 7) in LA.

While you are all worried about what Chanel dresses Kristen Stewart and Penelope Cruz are going to wear for the Oscars, my concern is “what about Ariana DeBose?”

If her SAG Awards look is anything to go by, her team needs to rip up the playbook, and find themselves a Plan B.

Play A crashed and burned.

I do have some hope when it comes to her Oscars Nominees Luncheon pink suit from BOSS styled with a Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud XL’ clutch.

BOSS are known for their impeccable tailoring, but her team still needed to hem those trousers.

A seamstress would’ve fixed that in no time.

Then for The Hollywood Reporter’s Oscar Nominees Night party she opted to go more glam wearing a Dundas Pre-Fall 2019 orange silk chiffon gown featuring a plunging neckline, structured shoulders and gold beaded details.

These are two better looks, yet I remain cautiously optimistic for a “remarkable” improvement for the next two weekends.

I really want her to win, on BOTH fronts.

She needs to have a moment. She deserves it.
