Schiaparelli Spring 2022 Haute Couture Red Carpet Wish List

Schiaparelli Spring 2022 Haute Couture collection was one of my favourites from Haute Couture Fashion Week.

Tilda Swinton is the only person I see pulling off this look.  I would only modify this look to remove the orbit-style piece that circles the bodice.

When it comes to the second look, it’s the My Fair Lady of it all that had me thinking about Lily Collins.  This would be great for an Instagram photoshoot.

I’m already salivating at the thought of Tessa Thompson posing in this embellished coat.  She has to wear those earrings too.

I think we’re going to get scaled back Gaga for awards season, but hopefully she will imbue a touch of drama which this dress will give her.

I haven’t thought about Janelle Monae for quite some time as she’s been out of the spotlight, but there’s something about this look – probably the hat – that made me think this would be a great look for her.

When it comes to the second look, Milena Smith in a modified version of this dress would suit her elevated goth style to a tee.

I had to redo this one, as I originally had this black dress down for Gal Gadot, but on reflection, I think this would look better on Penelope Cruz.

I choose the second look for Zendaya purely for the bejewelled gloves.  She’s always daring to be different, by bringing something new to the table, so it would be highly intriguing to see how this translates on the red carpet.
