Laura Harrier Wore Loewe To The Hollywood Reporter’s Women In Entertainment Gala

Laura Harrier joined Tessa Thompson on the red carpet for The Hollywood Reporter’s Women In Entertainment Gala on Wednesday (December 8) in Los Angeles, California.

Is it me, or are these Loewe Spring 2022 looks not quite translating on the red carpet?

I was highly excited at the prospect of seeing this collection on the red carpet (on Tilda Swinton admittedly), yet even the great Zendaya failed to sell this collection to me.

On the runway this silk draped top and pleated trousers combination had plenty of fluidity as the model looked like she was floating on air.

In reality, the blue side of the top doesn’t flow effortlessly, with the layering of the top half visible.

Then the trousers feel a tad awkward, but that could just be due to the stance.

In fact perhaps the look is lacking due to Laura not quite finding the right pose to showcase the full potential of this outfit.
