Best Dressed Of The Week – Angelina Jolie In Valentino Haute Couture & Penn Badgley In Armani

I wasn’t surprised to see the majority of the votes go to Angelina Jolie in her Valentino Haute Couture ‘Eternals’ photoshoot gown, as it I was the gown we ALL wanted to see on the red carpet.

When it comes to Penn Badgley in Armani.  Those warm shades burgundy and Bordeaux were the perfect combination as we officially move into the Fall season.
