Marion Cotillard Wore Chanel Haute Couture To The ‘Annette’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following the photocall, Marion Cotillard was back on the red carpet for the ‘Annette’ premiere and opening ceremony of the 2021 Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday (July 6) in France.

She was on dazzling form wearing a silver embellished dress from the Chanel Fall 2020 Haute Couture collection.

For me this is Marion at her very best.

Back in 2019, she was a free agent – fashion contract wise – and this resulted in her Cannes Film Festival Balmain look ending up on your WDOTY list, so we have Chanel to thank for giving her a look which saw her regain her A-game status.

Despite being a magpie, it’s the romantic silhouette, with a peplum nipping-in waist which really sold this look to me.

I’m so glad she got that grunge, tough-luxe aesthetic out of her system back in 2019.

Marion was stood alongside Belgium actress Angèle, who was wearing Chanel Spring 2021 Haute Couture dress with Chanel Fine jewels.
