Beyonce Wore David Koma To June Ambrose’s 50th Birthday Party

Stylist June Ambrose celebrated her 50th birthday with a dinner party hosted by Vogue, to which she invited her fabulous friends which included the Carters.

It’s going to be hard to invite Beyonce Knowles to your party and not be upstaged, but that she did.

The singer didn’t make things easy by wearing this beautiful David Koma Fall 2020 black gown embellished with a multitude of tiny crystals that shimmered in the spotlight.

We’ve had a lot to say about Beyonce’s Insta-style, but this form-fitting silhouette with a one-shoulder neckline and artfully draped bodice that descends to the floor via the sweeping skirt doesn’t fall into that thirsty-trap box.

Revealing and sexy in the manner we have become accustom to with any David Koma look, I would say I love the dress more than the styling.

I can’t fathom having earrings that big falling from my earlobes, and I would’ve preferred a pair of black strappy sandals here to the PVC pumps.

Thoughts?  

June and her daughter Summer Hope Chamblin both wore Gucci dresses.  They may have been upstaged by their guests in terms of fame, but not in style. 

Summer is the best dressed for me.
