Angela Bassett Rocks Two Red Looks For The American Heart Association

Angela Bassett is helping raise awareness about type 2 diabetes and heart disease with the American Heart Association.

For her press day, the actress opted for the colour which best represents the heart, red.  A colour which wore when taking the red carpet by storm at the Oscars.

The features might be classic – single breasted, shawl lapel – but I love how the Sarah Flint ‘Perfect Pumps’ chocolate leopard haircalf heels lend a vivid visual touch to an already vibrant look.

Angela’s second jumpsuit with a removable skirt from Alexia Maria needed one of three things.

1.  A removal of the skirt.
2.  The skirt has been shortened.
3.  Platform heels.

The skirt is just a tad too long, as it crumbles on the floor which is one of my biggest red carpet bug bears along with creases.

Kat Maconie Dollie sandals completed this look.
