Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge’s Tale Of Two Coats

Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge's Tale Of Two Coats

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William have supported the efforts of our NHS (National Health Service), with visits in London to the Newham Ambulance Station and a vaccination centre set up within Westminster Abbey.

When it comes to these outings, it was a tale of two coats.

On the left we see the Duchess wearing a Massimo Dutti classic camel coat, which is the hero piece within this monochromatic look.

Opting for one shade brought her sartorial success with a Reiss ‘Sophie’ turtleneck, Métier Roma suede bag and matching suede pumps .

For the second outing she wore a coat from one of her favourite designers; Catherine Walker.

I’m astonished by how much this look aged her in the space of 5 days.

There’s no denying how elegant Catherine is here, but it feels like she borrowed a coat from Camilla or the Queen.

As Catherine tends to repeat.  This coat will be a perfect look for her 10 to 15 years from now.

This view might not be shared, but I was disappointed by her choice to opt for the same accessories from the first look.

Considering she was wearing a dress the same colour as her coat, I think this would’ve fared better as another monochromatic moment.
