Renée Zellweger Wore Armani Privé To The 2021 Golden Globe Awards

Renée Zellweger was a presenter on the night of the 2021 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (February 28), following her win from the same event last year.

If you’re wondering why Renée opted for a shoulder-baring look to this event, let me cast your mind back to her awards season run from 2020, where nine of the eleven looks exhibited at least one shoulder.

It’s her thing.  Gal Gadot loves to showcase her legs, with Renée it’s her shoulders.

Her custom Giorgio Armani Privé midnight blue velvet, tea-length dress featuring a strapless sweetheart neckline and front leg slit was styled with matching navy Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ pumps and David Webb jewels.  

Déjà vu or not, this is a very elegant dress despite wishing that the bodice was more cinched.

My first thought was it looked a little roomy along the neckline also.
