Ruth Negga Wore Rodarte & Saint Laurent Promoting ‘Passing’

Ruth Negga continues to promote her new drama film ‘Passing’ which she stars alongside Tessa Thompson.

This weekend she served up two looks, which couldn’t be more different, yet both are perfectly suited to her style.

It feels like we’ve seen a lot of Rodarte lately, but in truth, we’ve seen a lot of one particular dress.

On this occasion Ruth gives us something from the Spring 2021 collection, which still evokes the brand’s vintage connotations thanks to the sheer yoke and the frills.

I can’t say that I love this dress, but I will give Ruth credit for making it work by making this piece feel less like it belongs to a 1950s housewife.

While I feel the trousers were a bit too long on her Saint Laurent Spring 2021 three-piece suit, the cool vibes, attitude and the ability to effortlessly boast a feminine allure made this look my favourite of the two.
