Rosalía Wore Sevali Haute Couture To The Savage x Fenty Show

Rosalía was one of the celebrities who took to the red carpet alongside Rihanna for the screening of  the Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 2 presented by Amazon Prime Video at the Los Angeles Convention Center in California; which is due to broadcast on October 2.

The Spanish entertainer’s style has never played it safe, so I’m not surprised to see her doing the most in this Sevali Spring 2019 Haute Couture design.

Until now, ‘upcycled/sustainable fashion’ has been mainly applied on casual wear, but young designer, Sebastian A. de Ruffray has created an ‘upcycled couture’  label that will use anything from old car seats; sweaters and hoodies for this creations.

Rosalía outfit from a distance looks like the 2003 Louis Vuitton monogram multicolore collection, which was a collaboration with Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, who is  considered one of the leaders in Japanese neo-pop art. 

While this look does pay homage to that print, there is just way too much going on here that I can’t buy into it.

Perhaps had she lost the multi pouch belt I could’ve put one toe on board, but less would’ve been so much more with such a strong print.
