Mary Elizabeth Winstead Wore Zuhair Murad Couture To The ‘Birds Of Prey’ London Premiere

Mary Elizabeth Winstead joined Jurnee Smollett-Bell on the red carpet this evening (January 29) in London, for the ‘Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn world premiere.

Don’t waste your time looking for a bird reference, I’m yet to find one. Much like her Mexico City look.

If we were to pinpoint a theme, it would be Mary’s love for velvet.

I was swept away by the actress in this Zuhair Murad Fall 2019 Couture gown, not just because of the colour, the fabric, or the regal air this look is giving me, more so because of the way this look has been styled, relegating the cape we saw on the runway to a train, which feels more modern in this setting.

With a touch of British playfulness imbued with her red Lulu Guinness ‘Dice’ clutch, the look was styled with Bondeye earrings and EF Collection rings.

Definitely a BDOTW contender.
