Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) Mexico City Premiere

Jurnee Smollett-Bell and Mary Elizabeth Winstead joined Margot Robbie on the pink carpet for the ‘Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn)’ Mexico City premiere, held at Proyecto Publico Prim on Saturday (January 25) in Mexico City.

Jurnee Smollett-Bell: It would appear that it wasn’t only Margot who incorporated a bird theme into her red carpet look, as Jurnee did too.

The actress wore Dundas Spring 2019 Couture two-piece which featured a dramatic winged motif in dazzling sequins which fits the bad b*tch theme of this movie.

Were the trousers a little too long? 

Yes, but when the look is composed of sequins and the motif also features at the hem, there will be no cutting of these trouser legs.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead: Perhaps not getting the bird memo, the actress opted for a black Etro velvet gown with gold embroidery, which sounds little tame, until you get to the bottom half of the look which reveals thigh-high boots via the slit.

It’s a risque look by Mary’s prim standards, but one which fit right in on this pink carpet.
