Reese Witherspoon In Roland Mouret – 2020 Golden Globe Awards

Certain celebrities have their red carpet formulas—Reese Witherspoon certainly leaned into hers on Sunday (January 5) for the 2020 Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills.

Form fitting? Check. Solid color? Check. Asymmetrical shoulder? Check.

Though the white Roland Mouret dress and Christian Louboutin ‘Cathy’ sandals check all the boxes, there is something slightly disappointing in the look from the star that usually leaves everyone talking.

The dress wasn’t unflattering or ill fitting, but perhaps we are tired of seeing the same look from her again and again?

On the other hand, what I missed was Reese’s signature bouncy mane.

While several stars chose to slick their bobs back behind the ears for the night, it isn’t Reese’s look. One might even say the bob isn’t Reese’s look.

Let’s hope ‘The Morning Show’ actress goes back to her signature hair and experiments with her outfit for the next award show.
