Rachel Bilson In Brock Collection – 2020 Golden Globe Awards

Rachel Bilson In Brock Collection - 2020 Golden Globe Awards

While everyone is talking about Rachel Bilson and Bill Hader debuting as a couple on the red carpet at the 2020 Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, I want to be talking about the actress’s dress.

I loved everything about it.

The lace corset bodice, the tulle sleeves and the gold embroidery.

It’s a skilled collage of parts from the Fall 2019 Brock Collection.

Rachel rocked her signature beachy waves, and they surprisingly juxtapose nicely against the medieval details of the dress.

From her time as the star of ‘The OC,’ I cannot picture her in anything 2000s, California cool.

Not only does this night mark Rachel’s debut with Bill but it also highlights the actress’s progression to a more sophisticated, artistic look.

Let’s see what’s next for her, both romantically and stylistically!

it’s a nice dress, but lost on Rachel. She herself doesn’t look convinced…

It’s not good in real as it seems on the runaway.

I like this dress a lot. It’s nice to see some unexpected choices at these red carpets, but she could really have worked on elevating the entire thing with better styling.

I actually quite like the bottom part, but not the top. The hair, the make-up, it looks uninspired. Not a fan…

    No. I don’t like this.

I don’t like the lace of the top with the rest. Perhaps if it had been plainer…a few layers of sheer with visible boning? And maybe a bit less of the bustier showing…I’m redesigning the whole thing in my head.

I don’t like the hair, the bag or the lace top. This is very matronly on Rachel. She is petit and there’s too much fabric on that dress.

I would say one of the worst looks of the night. She looks frumpy, and her hair looks like she just rolled out of bed.

It’s kind of interesting on the model but goes to meh on the red carpet and that too casual messy hair just takes this to Boringsville

Waist up is cute, I really dislike the skirt.

The dress looks spectacular on the model but falls completely flat on Rachel.

I love this on the runway, the model looks fantastic. But on Rachel, it’s looks limp and saggy on her.

Is this from the OC period? Because it looks like her style from 20 years ago.

    Cheap look and tacky.

Naturally great on the runway, but on Rachel – no, she looks like a cute girl in a drab widow dress.

The hair and make up are very pedestrian, actually everything is very lackluster

The writing for the post was really awkward (such as “Let’s see what’s next for her, both romantically and stylistically!”) and quite frankly embarrassing.

Yes, Rachel looks great. Brock Collection is totally’ Rachel’s girly but chicly feminine style with a touch of breezy meadows to it that recalls her early 2000s style. I am glad to see her out and about.

sorry nope. the dress is a limp overworked mess.
The lacy top and heavy bottom dont work well together.
The lazy hair is also a mismatch to the vibe of dress.
