Best Newcomer 2019 – Naomi Scott

Naomi Scott was literally only two votes ahead of Camila Morrone to take home the crown of Best Newcomer of 2019.

Style wise, she gave us many modern moments during her promo tours, when it would’ve been easy, and expected, to rest on the Disney formula for ‘Aladdin.’

She stepped things up for ‘Charlie’s Angels’ promo tour, even if the Richard Quinn look, which I loved, received a mixed reaction.

I’m not sure what 2020 has in store for her, but I’m excited to see her build on this momentum.
