Karla-Simone Spence Looked Divine In Ong-Oaj Pairam For The ‘Blue Story’ London Premiere

Karla-Simone Spence Looked Divine In Ong-Oaj Pairam For The 'Blue Story' London Premiere

‘Blue Story’ is a new semi-autobiographical feature film, that tells the tale of two childhood friends divided by gang warfare.

The film was presented at the world premiere in London on Thursday (November 14) at the Curzon Cinema Mayfair.

Karla-Simone Spence, who is still a relative newbie on the red carpet, certainly dressed for the occasion wearing an Ong-Oaj Pairam gown which tells two stories.

On the one hand the beaded sheer off-the-shoulder bodice gives us a daring, sexy, party vibe, while the voluminous silk organza tiered skirt featuring 25,000 hand-cut and hand appliquéd pink circular tulle is giving us a dreamy Cinderella story.

Party up top, Princess from the waist down.

Should it work?  Does it work?

For me. Yes.

Had this been all pink, the originality wouldn’t have been there. And the feeling would’ve been same old, same old.
