Hermione Corfield’s Technicolor Dream For The ‘Sea Fever’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Hermione Corfield's Technicolor Dream For The 'Sea Fever' Toronto Film Festival Premiere

It’s that time of year when four events overlap: Venice Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, Deauville American Film Festival and Toronto Film Festival.

Hermione Corfield kicks of our TIFF coverage at the pre-screening cocktail reception for the world premiere of ‘Sea Fever,’ on Thursday ( September 5) in Canada.

I already feel like this Duro Fall 2019 look is going to be a hard sell, but I adore it from head-to-toe.

Duro Olowu always showcases the beauty that comes from fusing seemingly disparate influences, so my love for this look is probably due to the bold colours, composition of the prints and celebration of African pride.

It would’ve an easy option to add black pumps, but Hermione kept the flair going with checked Jimmy Choo bow-accented pumps.

Fernando Jorge earrings completed her look.

I love it but she lost me with the shoes. In the picture, it looks like it has a pattern and it’s too much. Would’ve loved some sandals with this outfit.

With one look I care about Hermione Corfield’s career.

It’s takes on a 70s vintage vibe on her. I think the model sells it more but I like the unexpected aspect on her.

I love it. But this outfit belongs to a woman of colour. lupita, dania , zazie will kill in this outfit.

I don’t like it, but if someone had described it to me I would be expecting something much worse.
As Visual Ninja said it looks better on the model.
Kudos to her for taking the risk!

    anonymous as always

I appreciate her boldness, it’s not bad but I prefer how it looks in the lookbook.

Wow, what an incredible medley of colors and textures! I love it! Though, on second look, maybe I would prefer the hair to be up in a low bun or top-knot just to give you a bit of a visual break!

    Outrageous. But it works!
