Constance Wu In Marchesa – 2019 Met Gala

Constance Wu was one of several stars who embarked on the nostalgia of the Roaring Twenties spirit for the 2019 Met Gala on Monday (May 6) in New York City.

The ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ actress’s dove-gray Marchesa sheer gown was accented in trompe l’oeil pearls and crystals and styled with Stuart Weitzman heels.

I’m not sure it’s exactly what I envision when I think of camp. But, my guess is that she added the dark makeup and hair piece to help eek out some additional drama.
