Ciara Sizzles In Black At The 2019 Billboard Music Awards

Ciara and sheer dresses usually go hand-in-hand for the Billboard Music Awards, but on Wednesday (May 1) in Las Vegas, Nevada, she served up something different.

Decked out in black, I’m sure you need me to tell you that she’s wearing a Stéphane Rolland Fall 2018 Haute Couture design, as the designer is known for creating elegance, with plenty of flare and creativity.

You may feel that something had to give. 

The embellished high neckline or the bold shoulder detail, but I feel that one piece offsets the other.

If I would change anything, it would be the denier of that sheer panel, to a lighter skin-tone hue.
