Angela Bassett In Reem Acra – 2019 Oscars

Angela Bassett was another early arrival at the 2019 Oscars this evening (February 24).

The actress, who is on presenting duties, donned a custom Reem Acra gown which certainly didn’t lack for drama with its shocking pink colour and punchy silhouette.

The way the draping on the bodice blooms into the swooping shoulder is a clever and joyful move.

With a thigh-skimming slit, the feminine style still has plenty of allure.

It’s just a shame about the creases.
