Empire Awards 2018 Red Carpet Roundup

More ladies joined Vanessa Kirby, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Daisy Ridley for the Empire Awards on Sunday (March 18) in London.

Amma Asante: This plunging Maria Lucia Hohan silhouette may be familiar, but the pale, rose-gold hue was still lovely on Amma. The playful flirtation of her heart pumps was fun, but I could have seen the flowing dress styled more softly with metallic accessories and a nude lip.

Hayley Squires: As for Hayley, I think she could have introduced a bolder red lip to complement this striking, mirror-embellished Temperley London Spring 2018 dress. A bit shorter length would have also helped bring it all together.

Stefanie Martini: She also donned a Maria Lucia Hohan gown, and I like how she maintained the fluidity of form with a complementary, golden colour palette in her makeup and Jimmy Choo clutch.

Ciara Charteris: The sheer elements of this Halfpenny London strapless lace corset dress may not be to your preference (and also were a bit bare for the city’s cold spell). But her streamlined styling, including sparkle from Forevermark jewels, maintained a sense of elegance here.

i agree with most of Rachel’s comments about the styling. The dresses are not very exciting (although i do love the Temperley), but they ladies all looks fairly decent.
