Carrie Underwood In Fouad Sarkis Couture – 2017 CMA Awards

Carrie Underwood has a glamorous feminine aesthetic with her red carpet ensembles adding high-fashion flair to the favored country silhouettes. This was demonstrated once again at the 2017 CMA Awards on Wednesday (November 8) in Nashville, Tennessee.

The singer wore a Fouad Sarkis Couture gown. I’m not sure whether I’m more struck by this royal blue colour against her complexion or the dramatic silhouette. Combined with the open neckline and ruffled sleeves, this is a striking ensemble that is certainly not lacking in glamour or refinement.

Butani sapphire and diamond earrings, a Hearts on Fire diamond ring and an Anabela Chan lab-grown blue sapphire ring brought out the rich colour of the gown.
