Shay Mitchell In Galvan – Freeform 2017 Upfront

Shay Mitchell of ‘Pretty Little Liars’ attended the Freeform 2017 Upfront on Wednesday (April 19) in New York City.

I’m a big fan of the actress’ sultry style, however, I wasn’t a fan of her Galvan Pre-Fall 2017 tuxedo-inspired jumpsuit.

It’s a great idea in principle with the sheer tulle panel creating a conceal-and-reveal effect, but I have a feeling I would’ve liked this a whole lot more had it been all black.
