Jenna Dewan-Tatum In Zuhair Murad Couture – 2015 Oscars

Jenna Dewan-Tatum In Zuhair Murad Couture - 2015 Oscars

Jenna Dewan-Tatum attended the 2015 Oscars at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on Sunday (February 22).

She could have accepted an award on the sheer merit of her graceful Zuhair Murad Spring 2015 Couture gown.

A vision in white, the wrap-style plunge gown brimmed with an aura of pristine sophistication touched by the glimmer of delicate embellishment.

The look was made all the more effortlessly classic with the removal of the cape, which was stunning but not in line with Jenna’s style. I’m so glad the deco-influenced belt didn’t also go away.

She accessorized with a reflective Lee Savage clutch, a diamond cuff and earrings, and a bright red lip.

Simply refined yet oh-so-striking—do you agree?

She looks outstanding! However, I think the cape would have taken it to the next level

Kinda meh sans cape but she looks great anyway.

I actually like this and I often can’t relate to her style.

I don’t think she would have pulled off the cape so I think she looks pretty good as is.

Agreed. The cape would have been the last finishing touch, and I would have applauded! But I think that that would not have been easy for her to pull off; besides I don’t think being a plus 1 has anything to do with how FAB you are to look or not look.

She looks stunning. She was there as a plus-one, so I don’t know what people expected from her.

+1 so over the Cape moment anyway

    So dull without the cape.

Absolutely gorgeous but I hate that she took away the cape, that’s what made it so special. Love the hair/makeup.

Deep plunge, white dress–I feel like it’s a trend. Not really a fan.

Beautiful look! I do miss the cape, but am glad Jenna didn’t wear it. It would have appeared to over the top and too reminiscent of Kate Hudson’s dress at the Oscars last year.

Yeah! No more capes please, so seen already in the red carpet

  11. Yeliz February 23, 2015 at 2:31 am #

Would’ve loved to see the whole dramatic look with the cape on a nominee, for example, but I can understand why Jenna chose not to wear it. She looks stunning.

She looks good but it’s forgettable without the cape

    • Christine February 23, 2015 at 2:37 am #

Agreed. Looks so much better with the cape. But then again, she is a plus 1 – true, but I have to wonder what would Camila Alves do. She would have definitely wore the cape.
