The Chanel Metiers d’Art Collection 2014/15 Paris-Salzburg was hosted on Tuesday (December 2) in Salzburg, Austria. Chanel-bedecked pretties were seated front and centre for the show.

Rooney Mara: The actress was dressed in a Chanel Fall 2014 Couture grey organza dress embellished with small concrete cubes and accented by balloon sleeves that corresponded with the full skirt embroidered with grey and gold rubber ribbons. Because the frock in itself was an art piece, she let it be the main exhibit with simple Chanel black pumps and the lightest sprinkling of Chanel Fine Jewelry to finish this statement look. The silhouette was girly, but the edginess was in the style-forward construction and materials.

Lily Allen: Working her own brand of edginess, the singer wore a Chanel Spring 2015 short-sleeve grey tweed coat over a blue knit top. It was rather demure—from the waist up. The Chanel Resort 2015 black sheer lace pants put the suggestive pop into this look, with a kitschy ‘lait de Coco’ Chanel milk-carton bag adding a final punch of humour. I just cannot get past her faded coral hair colour at the moment, though.

Àstrid Bergès-Frisbey: Working a sophisticated angle, the Franco-Spanish starlet wore a Chanel Spring 2015 matching black and white printed organza top and skirt with Chanel Fine Jewelry. Prim and feminine, she topped it off with mannish twist with her buckle boots and black tights.

Alice Dellal: Also strutting out a Chanel Spring 2015 look, the model cut it short in her sparkly black number over a white blouse. With a white Chanel crossbody bag, fishnet tights and black pumps, this leggy look was pure attitude and she pulled it off like few others could.

Zhou Xun: The Asian star covered up in a Chanel Spring 2015 classic all-white number with glittery tonal tights, white pumps and Chanel Fine Jewelry. The graphic handbag was the exclamation mark on this monochromatic ensemble.
