Guggenheim International Gala Pre-Party Presented by Dior

Guggenheim International Gala Pre-Party Presented by Dior

Dior hosted the Guggenheim International Gala Pre-Party on Wednesday (November 5) in New York City, so of course it was a Dior-fest attended by many celebs, including their favourite girl.

Marion Cotillard: The French beauty wore a strapless black Dior Couture frock made interesting by its layered flared skirt and accessories which included a Dior silver clutch and dual-coloured pink and red pointy Dior Couture ankle boots.

Camilla Belle: Working an equally interesting silhouette in this rise-and-fall hemline dress, the actress wore a pretty pink Dior rose silk leather satin dress enriched with silver cascading embellishments, but it’s the accessories, especially those dual-colour pink and yellow Dior heels, and the Dior ‘Be Dior’ bag which have me going weak at the knees.

Zoe Kravitz: When we think of Dior, cool isn’t a word that instantly springs to mind, yet Zoe oozes just that in her Spring 2015 white and navy jacquard cotton suit. It’s so refreshing not to see her wearing all-black or Alexander Wang. The look was styled with Dior earrings, Dior shoes and a ‘Be Dior’ handbag.

Eve Hewson: Returning to the red carpet following the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund awards, the British actress, who usually favours black, selected a colourful cotton tweed sleeveless dress from Dior’s Resort 2015 collection. While the jury is out on the white Dior clutch, the rest of her look which included Dior tribal earring and Dior shoes are perfect union.

Nicola Peltz: The actress injected a rare touch of colour, other than black or white, into her look working a Dior ‘Étoile Dior’ printed silk scarf top with black wool shorts. As always, even though they are Dior, the shoes are a snooze.

Greta Gerwig: It was basic black for Greta, who added a touch of flair to her look via a studded gold belt.

Camilla…of course! The dress is just simple but the shoes are amazing and completely improve the look

This is one sad RC. They all looks dull or bad.
I want to like Camilla’s look but that dress look cheap.

Marion….i bet she will only look good when not wearing Dior.

I think Camilla represents this brand here incredibly well, she looks beautiful!

FINALLY, Dior put Marion in a great dress but those clown shoes have to go. the rest are super meh for me.

Camilla is the only one who actually looks polished. Marion’s shoes are ridiculous. This reminds me how bored I am with Raf at Dior.

Intrigued by the top row: Camilla looks gorgeous hands down, but both Marion and Zoe pull their looks of too, despite little nitpicks here and there. Especially impressed by Zoe, her fawn posing has brought more than one of her looks down for me in the past, but here she’s the best asset of the look.

This is all a snooze fest. Camilla Belle really is a mocktress.

The invite list is really weak except for Marion.

My immediate reaction to Marion’s shoes upon scroll-down: CLOWN SHOES, OMG!

I see what Marion was going for with the colorful ankle boots but it didn’t work in my opinion. Still she looks nice from the ankles up. I like Eve too.

Camilla looks the best, she looks very lovely.
