Ashley Greene In Donna Karan Atelier – ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2’ LA Premiere

Ashley Greene looked heavenly as she floated down the red carpet at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in California on Monday evening for ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2? premiere.

Every time I think the Donna Karan and Ashley Greene partnership can’t get any better – because Ashley always looks so beautiful in Ms Karan’s designs – they go one better.

This gorgeous blush one-shoulder gown is divinity personified.

From the colour to the lighter-than-air ruffles on the skirt, her makeup and pinned back glossy tresses, I’m not sure what more Ashley could’ve done to perfect this look, because it’s already there.

Diamond drop earrings and a matching cocktail ring completed her look, which gave me goosebumps.

Is it me or is she looking like an elf? Her head looks out of proportions than the rest of the body. I can’t get away from this. So bad because the dress is heaven

Lovely colour.. bad hair… the gown is ok.. not great..maybe it looked better in motion?

  3. Dhppy November 14, 2012 at 05:23 #

The nude tone is what stops this from being amazing. It should have been a rich burst of color.

  4. Binkie November 13, 2012 at 20:47 #

    Absolutely gorgeous! Love Love Love

Ashley Greene is another stunning goddess in this blush pink chiffon one shoulder gown by Donna Karan!! She goes minimal accessories to let her gown do the talking!!The flowing fabric really make her stood out like a Grecian goddess!! I’m so happy she ditched her rich redhead which makes her lumpy!! BDOTW contender perhaps!!!

  6. sara November 13, 2012 at 18:18 #

She looks beautiful. I think she has a classic elegance that works very well with DK.

  7. Jess2 November 13, 2012 at 18:16 #

The Donna Karan/Ashley Greene partnership knocked it out of the park… Again!!! Really really amazing, she looks stunning!

  8. Marie November 13, 2012 at 17:19 #

I like the dress but I don’t like ashley like person, she’s doble face, jealous and ungrateful. No wonder why many people don’t like her

  9. Evly November 13, 2012 at 15:43 #

    Beautiful !
THIS is what I wish Halle Berry would’ve worn on her promo tour !

  10. irina November 13, 2012 at 15:11 #

Wow! She looks stunning…what a beautiful dress! The whole look is just perfect!

  11. dee November 13, 2012 at 13:57 #

I am not that crazy about the dress.

  12. Maria Luiza M. November 13, 2012 at 13:29 #

Yeah, she looks very beautiful, but the style of this dress is very similar to that Giambattista Valli that Jessica Biel wore a while ago.

      Oscar de la Renta*

It might not redefine fashion in any way, but that’s an easy win for me of what I’ve seen of the event so far.

  14. EmmaWoodhouse November 13, 2012 at 13:03 #

OH YES!!!!!!!!!! Just as you said, FC, this is a divine pairing. This gown is gorgeous, Ashley is gorgeous, and frankly I can’t find one flaw. BDOTW.

sometime i forget that this is a fashion site because most of what people love around here, between boring Elie Saab and poorly made Marchesa dress people here love to love and this paper towel reject is leaving me unimpressed.
For such a lovely girl why wear something so bad?

    • tiffany November 13, 2012 at 21:43 #

speak on the Elie and Marchesa. I think this is a fine look, just not for this occasion. It’s a tad serious, if ethereal.

  16. TeaAtTwo November 13, 2012 at 11:01 #

She looks so romantic and charming.

  17. jsshan November 13, 2012 at 10:24 #

Elegant one shoulder dress with flowing fabric. Love it.

  18. Amy November 13, 2012 at 10:06 #

    nice but not exceptional.

  19. rebecca o November 13, 2012 at 09:18 #

    This is so boring.

  20. mia November 13, 2012 at 09:05 #

i agree with most of these comments about the hair. it’s not bad as a hairstyle.. but not suited to this dress.

flawless make up – very beautiful and absolutely stunning.

BUT this dress is really “meh”.
We’ve seen her look WAY better in a Donna Karen dress for example:
    > the white Grecian Donna Karan Atelier dress at the 2012 Met Gala
    > the blush tulle draped strapless Donna Karan gown at the 2011 Met Gala.

the more i think about it – this Donna Karen dress is 5 steps backwards.
    a real shame.

The dress is beautiful, but nothing particularly stunning. Can I say that when I look at her her ears are the first thing I see?

    • Princess Chi Chi November 13, 2012 at 09:09 #

Agree 100% with everything you said, don’t like how she looks way too topheavy in that dress…

    • bas November 13, 2012 at 12:04 #

I agree. Good look, but not great for me. Totally agree about the ears, not a particularly flattering hairstyle.

    • Lisa November 13, 2012 at 14:17 #

I think she looks beautiful, but she should cover her ears, they look really big here

  22. mirela November 13, 2012 at 08:12 #

    OK, but nothing more.

  23. Pablo November 13, 2012 at 07:51 #

Stunning. The hair is the only thing that puts me off a little. Her ears pop out 😉

    • Moxie November 13, 2012 at 16:38 #

I was thinking the same thing. Her ears are sticking out. The dress is lovely, but nothing special.

  24. Christine November 13, 2012 at 06:39 #

A pretty look but nothing exciting.

    • Yeliz November 13, 2012 at 11:40 #

Couldn’t agree more. She looks great, but I’m not wowed.

    • admmgz November 13, 2012 at 19:09 #

To me, it’s just kind of meh. I feel like we’ve seen this look from her many times before & I can’t help but stare at her ears with that hairstyle

  25. vicky November 13, 2012 at 06:19 #

    She’s certainly a DK-girl!

  26. Mandy November 13, 2012 at 05:43 #

The hair isn’t to my taste but she looks very ethereal.

  27. kate November 13, 2012 at 05:27 #

Love the colour but it isn’t really flattering, gives her a thicker waist then usual.

  28. Julia November 13, 2012 at 05:26 #

I don’t like her style she tries way to hard and I hate the hair!!! She needs too go away!!! Kristen killed this premiere!!

  29. Nishta November 13, 2012 at 05:19 #

She looks beautiful! And her hair is back from being that awful red! She beats Kristen hands down!

  30. Ella November 13, 2012 at 05:04 #

Now THIS I love. Ashley looks one million times better than her costar =)

  31. Hannah November 13, 2012 at 04:58 #

Ashley is the singular member of the main twilight cast whose looks I have never liked, not one, but that changed tonight. She is prettiness personified. I am glad she didn’t try to hard, because delicacy is difficult to pull off, and she does it incredibly well. Other than the hair ( I HATE centre parts and hai behind ears with a passion), I love it head to toe. I’m just hoping that her shoes are as fabulous as she is.

  32. Michelle November 13, 2012 at 04:53 #

I can’t really get on board with this look. I think it is because of that one stray air ruffle that is higher than the rest? It make me think that the dress is made from tissue paper…
