Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Naomi Campbell seemed to ignore the press headline she made yesterday for her hairline, by putting her best foot forward on the red carpet to host her Fashion for Relief charity dinner at Downtown in Mayfair, London, last night.

Looking beautiful as always, showing off her golden glow from her Ibiza vacation, the supermodel wore a Roberto Cavalli Spring 2012 gown.

Does this black embroidered gown look familiar?

That’s because Naomi has worn the gown once before.

Taking a leaf out of the Duchess’ book, Naomi recycled her Cavalli gown, something I don’t recall her doing before, which I think was a nice touch considering this was a charity event.

Silver bangles completed her look.

This is a delightful yet rare sight: Naomi Campbell smiling.

The supermodel, who was shopping in Taormina, Italy, with boyfriend Vladislav Doronin, broke out into a little dance of excitement as she browsed the market.

Either there were many bargains to be had or the supermodel was excited about her new reality TV show, ‘The Face’, which will air on Oxygen.

The show has just started casting, so click here to find out more details.

Naomi was dressed head to toe in Alaia.

I love the structure of her Alaia zip-front geometric-print dress which she styled with black suede sandals and a pochette.#

Naomi Campbell attended the 2011 UNESCO Charity Gala which was held at the Maritime Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany, on Saturday evening.

The supermodel wore a Roberto Cavalli Spring 2012 black lace gown and embellished blazer.

Like Kristen Stewart, Naomi chose to line the gown so it’s not as sheer as seen on the runway. She also opted to ditch the harness bra worn by the model.

The gown is more fitted and body-conscious on Naomi, therefore losing its mysterious and romantic feel.

The jacket is a smart touch to keep this well-fitting gown from becoming too simple.

Naomi Campbell attended the ’2011 Angel Ball’ in New York City last night with her boyfriend Vladislav Doronin.

The couple were honoured at the event for raising over $7 million for their ‘Fashion For Relief’ charity work for Haiti.

The supermodel looked most fabulous wearing a head-to-toe Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2011 look.

Her black velvet AlexanderMcQueen pencil dress with a trompe l’oeil fluted body was teamed with a black leather harness belt.

This feature complemented her Alexander McQueen riding leather platform sandals.

Sleek, straight locks and a nude lip colour completed her look.

Many of you have said that you’re not particularly keen on Naomi’s red carpet style.

I’m certain this look will change your mind, as this is the best she’s looked in a long while.

Naomi Campbell is having a bit of an Alexander McQueen moment.

The supermodel who is known for her phases, picked fashion week to showcase the British brand.

During New York Fashion Week she wore an Alexander McQueen belted cape dress which we’ve seen on Jennifer Aniston.

She wore her LBD with black suede Alaia sandals.

This week the super attended the Toni & Guy London Fashion Week Hair Show at Somerset House.

Naomi looked very sophisticated as she donned an Alexander McQueen wool and silk-satin tuxedo jumpsuit which has sleek tailoring for ultimate boy-girl inspired look.

Today at the Topshop Unique show during London Fashion Week, Naomi wore her 3rd McQueen look in succession.

Her Alexander McQueen zip-detailed halterneck tweed dress was made into an edgy look as she paired it with leather cropped zipper pants which we saw on the Fall 2011 runway.

Once again she wears Alaia sandals and a silver necklace as worn with all three looks.

In London last night Net-A-Porter.com and Mr Porter.com hosted a party to celebrate Dolce & Gabbana joining the forever expanding list of brands on their virtual shelves.

Celebs donned in their finest Dolce & Gabbana treads to join in the celebrations at Net-A-Porter HQ.

Naomi Campbell: The supermodel and long-term friend of Mr Dolce and Mr Gabbana wore an animal print chiffon halter dress with black Alaia cut-out suede sandals.

Alexandra Burke: The British singer opted to wear a dark pink Dolce & Gabbana strapless lace bustier which she teamed with black lace Dolce & Gabbana peep-toes and a gold clutch. The clutch is really not working for me. Like really really not working for me.

Jamie Winstone: As you know I have a soft spot for Jamie. The British actress is never boring on the red carpet. She opted to wear a colourful Dolce & Gabbana floral print satin dress which she paired with Michael van der Ham blue devore wedges, which were worn over black socks. I was going to say that her shoe choice is shocking, but everyone else opted for black heels so I should be grateful she did something different. Read more…
