Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Chloe Sevigny joined Jessica Chastain on the red carpet at The Paley Center for Media in New York City yesterday evening for the ‘Lawless’ screening.

The indie actress wore a charming Versace Jeans Couture flowering vines and mythical faces printed sundress featuring a square neckline, shoulder straps, and a full circle skirt with inverted pleats.

As dainty as this dress is, Chloe gave the look her signature stamp pairing her cute dress with black leather Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony ‘Nana’ Chelsea boots and a black Opening Ceremony bag from the Fall 2012 collection.

A simple center-parted hair style and a bright red lip shade completed her look.

Chloe Sevigny was in London this evening to promote her new series, ‘Hit And Miss’ with a special screening at The Mayfair Hotel.

The actress, who is known for her quirky and often daring red carpet looks, wore a very provocative Versus Fall 2012 mini dress.

That’s because her fuchsia Versus mini dress with full sleeves has cut-out details on both sides, so I believe it’s safe to say she’s going commando.

The actress also wore the same Versus black-and-red peep-toe boots as worn by the runway model.

Kohl-rimmed cat-eyes and a pink lip shade provided the finishing touches.

Going commando aside, I have to say I really like this look. She wears it well and with confidence despite knowing she’s likely to get hammered for wearing this dress.

‘Hit And Miss’ airs on Sky Atlantic Tuesday, May 22 at 10pm.

Leave it to Chloe Sevigny to bring one of the night’s most unique looks to the 2012 Met Gala, held in New York City last night.

The actress completely stood out in a Miu Miu black mirrored geometric patchwork mini-dress.

The quirky, and rather revealing, dress was paired with silver-and-black clog-like Miu Miu booties. A bright-pink Miu Miu clutch added a pop of colour.

Chloe is not one for a giant ballgown, so this ‘60s-inspired look suits her rebellious persona.

I do wonder if any divas tried to check out their reflection in her dress when she wasn’t looking.

Chloe Sevigny has been quite the social butterfly this week.

Last night she attended two events, the 2012 Garden Of Dreams Talent Show and the Louis Vuitton private dinner for Kim Jones who is LV’s Men’s Ready-to-Wear Studio and Style Director.

She of course donned an LV dress for the celebratory occasion.

Her forest green Pre-Fall 2012 textured mini dress was teamed with those LV Merry-Go-Around toe-cap pumps which seem to be handed out with every LV look at the moment.

I’m surprised that Chloe didn’t opt for any quirky accessories. That peach belt would’ve been a nice addition to her dress, but she wore a black belt instead.

I don’t know who Chloe’s hairstylist is, but she needs a ‘do over. This current style is doing nothing for her.

Chloe Sevigny was out again last night: this time she hit the red carpet for the HBO premiere for ‘Girls’.

She continues to be Opening Ceremony’s favourite girl, as she wore her second look from the Fall 2012 collection this week. No other celebrity has worn this collection yet.

Chloe donned a multi-coloured sateen Opening Ceremony dress with a contrasting collar and an open back.

Her dress was teamed with the same Opening Ceremony ‘Buenos Aires’ boots with the silver chain from her last red carpet appearance.

A black patent clutch and earrings completed her look.

It is not too often we see Chloe wearing earrings. Maybe she took your comments about her looking scruffy to heart and tried to make more of an effort.

Does she impress on this occasion?

Chloe Sevigny was out in New York City on Monday night to attend the screening of ‘Damsels in Distress’ held at the Tribeca Grand Hotel.

The actress’ look has improved drastically since her last outing. On this occasion she wore an Opening Ceremony Fall 2012 dress.

Her beaded short-sleeve pleated navy-and-emerald dress was of course teamed with black ankle boots.

Those ankle boots with a silver chain going across them were coupled with a black-and-silver satin clutch.

The biggest improvements on Chloe’s previous look were her hair and makeup.

Her hair was given a shaggy style rather than the ‘rolled out of bed’ look and makeup was actually applied.
