Anne Hathaway In Jonathan Simkhai – ‘The Intern’ London Premiere

Anne Hathaway In Jonathan Simkhai - 'Th Intern' London Premiere

Anne Hathaway attended the UK premiere of ‘The Intern’ held at the Vue West End in London, England on Saturday (Sept. 27).

So far her premiere looks have failed to impress, but that trend took an improved turn with the London air.

While this Jonathan Simkhai Spring 2016 black macramé, body-skimming gown is in keeping with the darkly embellished and embroidered aesthetic we’ve previously seen, this statement is imbued with elegance and well-put-together panache that was lacking before.

Some might take issue with the lining, but I was more focused on the solid styling decisions, the best of which were her sleek ponytail and vibrant emerald jewels that breathed life into this look.

Anne Hathaway In Saint Laurent, Equipment & Osman – ‘The Intern’ Promo Tour

Anne Hathaway In Saint Laurent, Equipment & Osman - 'The Intern' Promo Tour

Following the screening of ‘The Intern’ last night, Anne Hathaway continued to promote her movie in New York City.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: Even with the sparkling embellishments, there is a distinct lack of excitement about this look. Better styling could’ve improved things greatly here.

Good Morning America: Anne was bright and breezy this morning (September 23) for her guest spot on GMA. I have to commend her for finally wearing a look with a bit more personality and a lot less frump. Her Garance Dore X Equipment Daddy shirt, styled with an Osman Resort 2016 skirt and red pumps is by far her most interesting look on this tour to date.

Anne Hathaway In Valentino – ‘The Intern’ New York Screening

Anne Hathaway In Valentino - 'The Intern' New York Screening

Anne Hathaway attended a screening of ‘The Intern’ on Tuesday (September 22) in New York City.

If you thought things couldn’t get much worse than her Rodarte premiere look, well, feast your eyes on this Valentino Resort 2016 ensemble.

It’s like someone threw a bunch a fabric in her direction and they just stuck.

How anyone in her camp thought this was a good idea is beyond me because nothing works or makes sense. I just don’t get it.

Move over Sienna Miller, we have a new WDOTD.

Anne Hathaway In Rodarte – ‘The Intern’ New York Premiere

Anne Hathaway In Rodarte - 'The Intern' New York Premiere

Anne Hathaway made a return to the red carpet for ‘The Intern’ New York premiere at Ziegfeld Theater on Monday (September 21) in New York City.

As we know, Anne’s style has taken several twists and turns since she switched stylists.

In this Rodarte Fall 2015 beaded and sequin dress she made a bold move – one that almost paid off – but the hair ruins the look completely for me.

Had she just slicked back her hair and let the dress do the talking I would’ve loved this.

Simple Jimmy Choo ‘Claudette’ sandals and a Rauwolf clutch completed the look.

Anne Hathaway In Michael Kors – Out In New York City

Anne Hathaway In Michael Kors - Out In New York City
Anne Hathaway was recently seen out and about in New York City in a casual yet rather cinematic street-style look.

The picture of Parisian chic infused with classic Americana, she donned a Michael Kors Spring 2015 black-and-white ensemble.

To go with the cropped sweater top and breezy gingham midi skirt, she brought another layer of summer in her floppy hat and aviator shades.

Did you miss the braided belt and ankle-wrap sandals from the runway?

Anne Hathaway In Ralph Lauren – 2015 Met Gala

Anne Hathaway In Ralph Lauren - 2015 Met Gala

Anne Hathaway made a major statement as she walked the red carpet at the 2015 Met Gala in New York City tonight (May 4).

Love her or leave her, Anne has an uncanny ability to get people talking (remember when she debuted her platinum pixie at the 2013 event?), and her custom Ralph Lauren gold lamé hooded cap sleeve column evening dress is surely no exception.

While the statement might not be as in-your-face as some of the extravagant headpieces walking the carpet tonight, the hood is definitely giving us some major editorial rhetoric, and I absolutely love what it’s saying. Understated, but daring.

An ear full of diamond cuffs and simple makeup complete the streamlined, chic look, and the only thing I’d change is that gold clutch. I’m not a fan of the mismatched golds, and really think the look would have benefitted from another option.
