Anne Hathaway In Rodarte – ‘Interstellar’ New York Premiere

Anne Hathaway In Rodarte - 'Interstellar' New York Premiere

Anne Hathaway attended the ‘Interstellar’ New York premiere held at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater on Monday (November 3) in New York City.

The actress has been quite experimental since parting ways with her former stylist, Rachel Zoe, and this Rodarte Spring 2015 look is yet another testament to that fact.

Her slate-blue hand-painted dress with embroidered lace, macramé lace, sequins, and Swarovski crystals may not go down too well with some, as the feeling might be that there is too much going on or that Anne is perhaps too “vanilla” to pull this look off, but for me it’s a risk that somewhat paid off.

I can’t say I’m 100% convinced, but I’m truly admiring her concerted effort to give us something new as one can’t live in Valentino and Erdem all the time.

Remember how that started to get mundane?

A rouge lip, wavy bob and Christian Louboutin ‘Follies Resille’ pumps completed her look.

Anne Hathaway In Wes Gordon – ‘Interstellar’ London Premiere

Anne Hathaway In Wes Gordon - 'Interstellar' London Premiere

Anne Hathaway attended the London premiere of ‘Interstellar’ held at the Odeon Leicester Square this evening (October 29) in London, England.

My first reaction to her Wes Gordon Spring 2015 Swarovski crystal embroidered dress was one of disappointment.

On reflection, it’s not all bad, just not great and dare I say, quite unflattering.

The trouble is I wanted to be wowed and frankly I’m slightly more excited about her green hue of her Charlotte Olympia ‘Paloma’ pumps and matching Solange Azagury-Partridge emerald, ruby and lacquer Chlorophyll Clusterbud earrings than the dress.

Perhaps this look will grow on me overnight.

Anne Hathaway In Richard Nicoll – ‘Interstellar’ LA Premiere

Anne Hathaway In Richard Nicoll - 'Interstellar' LA Premiere

Anne Hathaway attended the LA premiere of ‘Interstellar’ held at TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX on Sunday (October 26) in Hollywood, California.

The actress wore a Richard Nicoll gown featuring a deep V-neck and plunging V-back which define this fluid midnight-blue satin bias-cut gown.

Anne’s jewels by James Banks Designs had equal billing; they included a star-embellished necklace which draped down her back and a matching handpiece.

I love that the makeup was kept soft, as were her wavy tresses.

While the look doesn’t quite scream BDOTW to me, I love the effortlessness and easy elegance oozing from this look.

Anne Hathaway In Christopher Kane – American Cinematheque 28th Annual Award Presentation To Matthew McConaughey

Anne Hathaway In Christopher Kane - American Cinematheque 28th Annual Award Presentation To Matthew McConaughey

Anne Hathaway was a picture of elegance as she made a return to the red carpet for the 28th American Cinematheque Award event honouring Matthew McConaughey held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday (October 21) in Beverly Hills, California.

The actress selected an edgier designer than we are used to seeing from her, yet she still maintained a graceful air wearing a black long-sleeved rope-lace dress from Christopher Kane’s Spring 2015 collection.

The red lip of course lured me in at first, but it’s the compelling, intriguing and captivating nature of her dress which left me breathless.

Styled with Louboutin pumps and dazzling emerald Neil Lane earrings, this is so very refreshing from Anne.

Anne Hathaway In Calvin Klein – 2014 Met Gala

Anne Hathaway In Calvin Klein - 2014 Met Gala

Usually on Met Gala night you can predict the designer that Anne Hathaway is going to wear, but she gave us something different at the ‘Charles James: Beyond Fashion’ event on Monday (May 5) in New York City.

She wore a Calvin Klein strapless square-neckline gown featuring a sheer insert at the waist and a central slit in the skirt.

The look was styled with metallic Gianvito Rossi ‘Rebel’ pumps and an octagon Rauwolf clutch in deep-red hues (which may appear black on your screen), plus Vhernier Pan di Zucchero diamond earrings.

If I was to nitpick, I would’ve loved a slicked-back ‘do, and would’ve removed the earrings to strengthen the minimalism of this look further.

Anne Hathaway attended Lollipop Theater Network’s A Night Under The Stars at Nickelodeon Animation Studio on Saturday (April 26) in Burbank, California in support of her movie ‘Rio 2′.

She wore a vintage Chanel black blouse featuring a ‘No Smoking’ print (in several languages) bodice paired with a simple black maxi skirt.

Working a monochrome theme, she styled the look with a Chanel black and white chain-strap bag and white sandals, with a silver choker accessorizing her look.

Her favoured part-braided hairdo and shimmering lip provided the finishing touches to her chic, yet casual look.
