‘The Big Picture’ CinemaCon Presentation of ‘Ocean’s 8’

Finally. The moment we’ve all been waiting for. The start of the ‘Ocean’s 8’ promo tour.

Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Awkwafina took to the red carpet for ‘The Big Picture’ CinemaCon presentation of ‘Ocean’s 8’ on Tuesday (April 24) in Las Vegas, Nevada, all bringing their own touch of sparkle to the event.

Sarah Paulson: The actress shimmered in a gilded Alberta Ferretti Fall 2018 dress -sans the runway boots- which was both sophisticated and chic. Sarah tends to prefer moody hues, so I was delighted by this bright offering.

Mindy Kaling: Keeping things simple and sweet, Mindy opted to forgo colour for a striped Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2018 look styled with Nicholas Kirkwood heels. You may remember that Naomi Watts wore a similar version of this dress recently.

Sandra Bullock: Sandra can tend to stick to LBDs, so I was thankful that opted for a Johanna Ortiz Wasai kimono and leather trousers from the Spring 2018 collection. The Colombian designer tends to champion her native country, however, it seems this look was influenced by Japanese culture on this occasion. Alexis Bitter jewels completed her look.

Cate Blanchett: I know some of you have very strong feeling about Gucci, but I love how chic this retro inspired Pre-Fall 2018 cream jacquard suit with black velvet contrast detailing is. The look was further amped up with an opulent gold necklace.

Anne Hathaway: It’s so good to see Anne Hathaway back on the red carpet. She returns wearing a Bottega Veneta Spring 2018 dress with colourful stud embellishments that lends attention-to-detail and modern attitude to her look.

Awkwafina: She may not be as recognisable as her cast mates, but the actress held her own rocking a Topshop striped blazer and matching striped trousers, styled with Nicholas Kirkwood sandals.

Anne Hathaway In Givenchy – AHC ‘Sharing The Joy of Beauty with Anne Hathaway’

While we await Anne Hathaway’s promo tour for Ocean’s 8, the actress was busy in Seoul, South Korea attending a photocall for the cosmetic line ‘AHC’ on Tuesday (February 27).

I’ve always loved a pure and simple look when the focus should be all about beauty, and this Givenchy dress ticks all the right boxes.

Elegant and angelic, as you would expect, I love how the draped sleeves adds movement and just the right dose of drama.

Keeping the look fully monochrome, Anne added Christian Louboutin ‘Iriza’ pumps from the classic collection, along with a dark pink lip to complete her look.

Anne Hathaway In Valentino – ‘Every Mother Counts’ Dinner

Anne Hathaway was at the ‘Every Mother Counts’ dinner held on Thursday (November 30) in New York City.

The actress donned a Valentino Resort 2018 dress previously worn by Julianne Moore.

But, I had no qualms about seeing it for a second run, as the first time Julianne was seated. Here, we can truly see the full vibrancy of the tactile embellishment on Anne, with her red lip polishing it all off.

The tinsel effect couldn’t be more perfect for this holiday time of year, too.

At first I questioned the grey sandals, but they ensured the lush radiance stayed within the frock.

Anna Hathaway In Halston Heritage – 68th National Book Awards

Anne Hathaway’s gradual return to the red carpet continued at the 68th National Book Awards held at Cipriani Wall Street on Wednesday (November 15) in New York City, where she joined Emma Roberts.

Classic in black, her gown from Halston Heritage is fashioned with peak lapels to give the look timeless tuxedo elegance.

Styled with an Edie Parker ‘Jean’ clutch, the look benefited from the beautiful tasselled earrings, however, considering the comments on Kate Winslet’s post earlier, my feeling is the majority may find this boring.

Anne Hathaway In Dolce & Gabbana – The Children’s Monologues

Anne Hathaway made a return to the red carpet for The Children’s Monologues on Monday (November 13) in New York City.

The actress wore a Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2018 dress heart print dress with light-hearted appeal and demure length.

Simple pumps and a rosy glow were all that were needed to complete this look.
