Anne Hathaway attended the 2026 Breakthrough Prize Ceremony held in Santa Monica on Saturday, ahead of the New York premiere for The Devil Wears Prada 2 this evening.

Her press tour for The Devil Wears Prada 2 has taken a turn few of us expected, with her style shifting into something far more experimental. This, by contrast, feels like a return to form; clean, classic, and confident in its simplicity.
The strength of this look lies in its simplicity. The one-shoulder silhouette is elegantly draped, with the soft ruffle adding just enough interest and the fluidity of the fabric works in her favour.
Am I blown away? No. But not every look needs to deliver a headline moment to succeed. This feels considered, well-executed, and – perhaps most importantly – right for the setting.
With the New York premiere taking place this evening, and Emily Blunt finally joining the press tour, this reads as a steady prelude. I’m expecting her strongest look of the tour to land tonight.
