Gigi Hadid In E S P & Zeynep Arçay – Stuart Weitzman ‘Gigi’ Mules Launch

Gigi Hadid was the guest of honour at the Stuart Weitzman ‘Gigi’ Mules Launch on Wednesday (November 15) in New York City.

As the model always accessorises her looks with a punchy shoe, it’s no surprise she has a new collaboration with Stuart Weitzman. For the launch, she showed off the ‘Eyelove Gigi’ mules that feature the ‘Evil Eye’ symbol.

I, for one, was not only enamoured by the smart shoe that was right in line with Gigi’s personal style, but also the way she wore them.

A study in classic winter whites, her Zeynep Arçay Spring 2017 suit topped by an E S P ‘Heia’ coat offered such a modern twist on soft femininity and romanticism. I love the hint at movement with the flowing drape of the pieces, and the cropped trousers were also the ideal way to showcase the shoe of the hour.

The pendant necklaces reflected the ‘Evil Eye’ motif to tie it all together in chic form.

Emmy Rossum In Prabal Gurung – Television Academy’s 24th Hall Of Fame Ceremony

Emmy Rossum attended the Television Academy’s 24th Hall Of Fame Ceremony on Wednesday (November 15) in Hollywood, California.

Her Prabal Gurung Resort 2018 frock may have been topped with a sweet, ruffled shoulder while featuring a length that fell below the knee.

But, the demure elements quickly gave way to the sultry sophistication of the plunge neckline and double slit.

I loved the chic balance between the sweet and the sexy, with pearl-embellished pumps to polish it off in a nod to classic form.

Angela Sarafyan In Mario Dice – HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards

Angela Sarafyan joined Kate Bosworth, Lea Michele, Mary J Blige and Nina Dobrev for the HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards event on Wednesday (November 15) in West Hollywood, California.

We don’t see much of the actress on the red carpet, yet she never fails to blow me away.

Her Mario Dice Fall 2017 dress is oozing simple elegance, but it’s the emerald and diamond Gilan earrings and Narcisa Pheres ring which puts this look on another level.

She was easily one of my favourites from this event.

Issa Rae In Nina Ricci & Brandon Maxwell – Conde Nast NextGen & HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards

If Issa Rae’s woke up on Wednesday (November 15) with a quest for wearing gorgeous colours, she succeeded.

Conde Nast NextGen: I was totally charmed by her Nina Ricci Spring 2018 chic panelled design dress crafted from lace and leather. The colour is so complementary to her skin tone and the style is so uniquely flawless. Leather can often feel heavy and labored but this look appears lighter-than-air with some twirl appeal.

Mary J Blige In Bibhu Mohapatra – HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards

Mary J Blige joined a host of celebrities including Kate Bosworth and Nina Dobrev for the HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards event on Wednesday (November 15) in West Hollywood, California.

When it comes to her ‘Mudbound’ promo tour, I often felt Mary was holding back, because excess has always been her M.O.

With that being said, this Bibhu Mohapatra Spring 2018 dress seems a lot more like Mary to me.

While there an elements of sophistication, the embellishments and feathered sleeves make the look more expressive and gives the piece more personality.

I do prefer the runway version, but I think Mary manages to pull this look off quite well.

Camila Cabello In Monique Lhuillier – The Latin Recording Academy’s 2017 Person Of The Year Gala

Camila Cabello showed a softer side at the Latin Recording Academy’s 2017 Person Of The Year gala on Wednesday (November 15) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The singer often goes for ultra-glamorous, trendy ensembles but she brightened up in a coral-pink Monique Lhuillier Resort 2018 gown styled with Spallanzani earrings.

The colour had an invigorating, romantic effect as did the tulle neckline with floral embroidery. I actually think this is one occasion where more layers of netting could have been added to create more of a dramatic effect.

Overall, this romantic maxi is a charming choice and something I’d like to see her play around with more.
