Allison Williams In Armani Privé – 2018 Golden Globe Awards

Allison Williams made a bold statement at the 2018 Golden Globes on Sunday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, California.

The former ‘Girls’ actress donned an Armani Privé Spring 2017 gown which drew the attention upwards thanks to the orange semi-circular design on the bodice.

I enjoyed the lack of jewellery in the runway version, but am enamored with the way her choker ties in the silver detailing while giving the ensemble more of a formal finish.

This was a bit of a departure from her classically feminine looks, and I think she pulled it off brilliantly.

It’s growing on me, but the slight assymmetry is making me antsy.

Orange isn’t my color but I appreciate the impeccable fit here, creative testing of the them boundaries, and her regal styling. This is her best look since she went dark again.

I really like the dress, but the choker is a big no for me.

ooohhh she cut her hair for filming Peter Pan.

ooohh. apparently, she had short hair before.. Peter Pan was filmed years ago.. i always imagine her with long hair from Girls.

I expected most of the dresses to be like this, mostly black with a splash of color but no, most of the dresses seem to be completely black.

But this is great. Elegant and funky at the same time.

Its got some color without going out boundaries…..Lovely. Although Im not sure about the necklace, it seems so unnecessary.

I like this look, but it would have been better and more streamlined without the necklace. I also like how she managed to present the look with minimal makeup.

    Best dressed so far.

Very elegant, but I don’t think I’ll remember it at the end of the night.

I personally prefer it sans necklace.

She looks beautiful, great silhouette on her, and I like the colorful bodice adding interest.

Chic. I’m not excited by it, but it’s still a really good look.

I like it. Nothing groundbreaking but she followed the code while still looking fun. I definitely do not like the dark ass hair.
