Demi Moore Wore Balenciaga To The Cannes Film Festival Closing Ceremony

When it comes to Cannes Film Festival jury members, none have given us as much fashion to feast on as Demi Moore. I’m very much a give-me-more kind of girl, but surprisingly, that sentiment never applied to Demi at any point during this festival, and especially not by the time she arrived for the closing ceremony. To say she delivered consistently, would be an understatement.

Demi Moore wears a custom Balenciaga by Pierpaolo Piccioli green halter gown with a pale blue bolero at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival closing ceremony in Cannes, France.

For her final Cannes appearance, Demi wore a custom Balenciaga by Pierpaolo Piccioli look which continued the designer’s growing visual language for the house. The soft green halter gown, anchored by an embellished neckline, brought an elegant fluidity, while the pale blue bolero introduced an unexpected colour pairing that gave the look a lighter, softer mood than we often associate with Balenciaga eveningwear.

And then there were the gloves. White opera gloves are quickly becoming part of Pierpaolo’s Balenciaga signature, and I understand the continuity they bring to this new chapter of the house, but I’m still questioning them here as they a touch disconnected from the rest of the overall look.

Do you agree?

Chopard jewels completed her look.
