Dakota Fanning is the latest star to take to the red carpet at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, for the premiere of her new flick ‘Very Good Girls’, held at Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah.
Like many stars, Dakota couldn’t wait until next fall to get her hands on the recently presented Pre-Fall 2013 collections.
On this occasion, she was decked out in Louis Vuitton and Miu Miu, sporting a knitted navy sleeveless Miu Miu crop top with a Louis Vuitton mini skirt with embellished embroidered details.
The tights were to be expected, but then so was a long-sleeved sweater.
As always with Dakota, it’s groundhog day; the only thing here which is out of the ordinary is the dark-red lip colour.
Alaia ankle boots completed her look.

I do like this look, but I really wish that she’d worn the jacket too.

I am forever puzzled by the Fannings. I wish the tights were opaque and totally agree about a cardigan. Great booties, though. Overall, very “meh”
I think this is probably one of her best looks ever, not exaggerating at all. It’s definitely event appropriate and although I was too expecting a long sleeved sweater, but each to their own. I tend to prefer her day-to-day style than red carpet and this outfit is perfect mix of the two. The shoes are Azzedine Alaia by the way.

Cute. I’m glad to see her blonde hair back. When did appearing at Sundance become about the latest in clothes. I thought that was part of the appeal of Sundance, it was laid back and mountain casual.

I like the booties, but that’s it. The deadened hair and makeup, the skimpy top and skirt that are quite boring…not liking it.
