Jake Gyllenhaal In Salvatore Ferragamo – New Eyes for the Needy 80th Anniversary Gala

Jake Gyllenhaal attended the New Eyes for the Needy 80th Anniversary Gala, held in his honour, at Colicchio & Sons in New York City yesterday evening.

The actor, who appears to have taken Movember at little bit too far, wore a Salvatore Ferragamo head-to-toe look.

His tailor-made charcoal-grey double-breasted flannel suit with peak lapels was styled with a white dress shirt, charcoal tie, and a pair of brown leather Tramezza shoes.

I’m sure the beard is for a movie role, but I just can’t get past it.

His beard and longer hair are for a play he’s doing now, which I went to see on Saturday. Although it’s not my favorite look for him, I can confirm that he’s just as handsome as ever in person. =)

Her looks like a skinny Alan from “The Hangover”. That’s all I can see.

No complaints with the suit – although bottom hem isn’t quite right — but agree that the beard gives him crazy eyes that keep you from noticing anything else!

The suit is ultra swanky, though perhaps better on an older man. I’m not a big fan of this brown shoes with every suit trend that actors are doing. I would like to see his neck.

I think what’s most disconcerting about this look is that the cut of the shirt coupled with the beard makes it look like he has no neck! Not a good vibe. I think to pull a suit off with the crazy beard he should have gone for a more fun suit…

Like the suit, but the beard is too much.

even with the beard and longer hair he is still a sexy man, the suit looks good on him minus the length of his trousers.

The beard is for a play on off Broadway. I like the suit!
