Olivia Wilde hit the red carpet at the School of Visual Arts in New York City on Thursday, for the Tribeca Film Institute screening of her documentary ‘Half The Sky: Turning Oppression Into Opportunity’.
The actress looked very chic wearing an Alex Kramer dress.
Her knee-length, sleeveless LBD with leather trims around the neckline and a leather waistband also featured a keyhole detail.
The styling of an LBD can make or break the look.
In this case Olivia’s Angeline Lee animal -print and pearl accented cage sandals plus dangling Pearl Collective ‘Spike’ earrings are perfect additions to her LBD.
A chic updo and neutral makeup provided the finishing touches.

She looks great, but I still don’t know where is the woman who used to wow me in everything she wore.
Not a fan of the hairstyle, but the rest is great.
This is so very chic.
very chic
She needs lip color. She looks too washed out.
I LOVE that she went back to brunette (FINALLY!) and everything else from this look except for the updo. This is her second red carpet appearance with this weird and unflattering hairstyle (http://cdn02.cdn.justjared.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/alba-lauren/jessica-alba-olivia-wilde-ralph-lauren-fashion-show-12.jpg). I truly hope this to be just an updo and not her new hair cut….
Sexy, elegant, effortless, without a hint of try-hard (unlike Leighton Meester below), a much better contender in my eyes than Leighton.
I’m glad she finally got it together. It’s been a while since she’s looked this good.
Gorgeous women. Love the makeup. She looks nice here! Much better than her prior red carpet. outings.
Simple but very chic. I wish that she had worn a brighter lip color, but overall this is a good look from her.
One of her best looks. She looks gorgeous. Love the shoes.
Great look from head to toe. The shoes are interesting, even if I really dislike calf hair.
DAT LIPSTICK.
Why why why?
Eva Mendes is a serial offender of the “foundation lip” as well and it drives me batty.
The designer’s name is spelled wrong! Alex Kramer with a K!
ok. thanks
