The Harrods sale launched in spectacular style on Saturday with Lily Donaldson gracing the red carpet to greet thousands of eager shoppers before declaring the Knightsbridge store open at 9am.
Lily dazzled onlookers as she arrived on a horse-drawn carriage wearing a stunning dress by Lanvin Spring 2012 dress.
Her ivory-and-black dress featured one sleeve with a padded shoulder with the opposite side accented with a crystallized detail.
Even with all that bling, she still added subtle jewels by Boodles. Black pumps and a simple ponytail completed her look.
Speaking at the event, Lily said: “It’s a great honour to be opening the Harrods Sale. It was such a fun experience which I enjoyed every minute of.”
While shoppers embarked on their summer sale hunt, Lily posed for pictures in a specially created ‘girl’s dream’ shopping-scene in-store. The model was flanked by Harrods’ iconic Greenmen who helped out by carrying her sale purchases.
You may remember that Jessica Alba wore this same dress to the Lanvin Fall 2012 presentation.

From the ankles up she looks gorgeous, but the shoes are just boring.
