Demi Moore joined Ariel Foxman (Editor of InStyle) and actress/photographer Amanda de Cadenet at a private residence in Beverly Hills for InStyle’s celebration and the launch of ‘The Conversation with Amanda De Cadenet’.
It’s so good to see Demi back on the red carpet.
The actress picked up where she left off wearing her favourite colour, black.
Her Lanvin Spring 2012 look consisted of a black sleeveless tuxedo jacket with padded shoulders worn with a cream silk top and black silk pants.
A crystal eagle necklace, a pearl-and-gold chain cross necklace and a gold chain belt all by Lanvin completed her look.
Amanda’s look was in total contrast to Demi’s masculine look.
She wore a Spring 2012 Roland Mouret ‘Herbert’ crepe wool and a blister plisse cream-and-white dress with black detailing which we’ve seen on Amy Adams.
I wish Amanda had opted for a daintier shoe. Instead she opted for the Christian Louboutin ‘Madame Butterfly’ booties.
Wavy tresses and red lippie completed her look.

Whilst Demi still looks unhealthy, her smile is wonderful, but as usual, her look is snoozeville.
Is Brad Goreski still her stylist???
Amanda looks like a hot mess. If you were to do a who wore it better poll Amy would clearly win.
I’m bored with Demi. I feel like the long, same-y hair is aging now. The suit is nothing to write home about either.
Demi looks terrific and healthy. How great! Amanda is too big a “Girl” for this dress. Loved it on the runway.
Demi looks beautiful.
Amanda looks horrible in this dess. She is too big for this style. This dress is not for women with a huge chest. Demi looks boring but I’m giving her leeway since this is her first outing out in a while.
So good to see Demi smiling again, she looks great!
FC, Myleene Klass for an incredible Orange Lace dress to an event in London last night – do you happen to know the designer?
i don’t sorry
This is a great look for Demi, I’m so glad she opted out of wearing the choker. I hope she can add a little weight to her frame during her recovery period, she looks awfully slender.
That’s a whole lot of Amanda in that dress.
Amanda looks smoking HOT! maybe not the best styling in the world, but waaay hotter than the runway model or Amy
I like this boyish style very much but Demi is still too thin.
Demi looks great and it’s nice to see her again. The outfit is simple but chic. Amanda didn’t fare as well–the dress is very unflattering on her. Amy look much better as did the runway model.
I wish Amanda hadn’t worn this dress at all. She looks trashy and desperate in it, you have to consider your body type really, the dress doesn’t suit hers.
How is Amanda still around??…have we all forgotten how bad she was on “The Word”??….goes to show you can stretch no talent, really far.
and have an event thrown in her honour no less…I am just as surprised as you are.
Amanda’s dress is incredibly unflattering on her. Amy Adams wore this dress miles better in my opinion.
