Look up chic in the dictionary and you are bound to find a picture of Sofia Coppola.
The director looked completely flawless whilst attending the Marni for H&M collection launch party in LA on Friday.
The stylish star, who directed the ad campaign for the collection, wore a gold-and-lavender silk printed blouse with matching cropped pants. A thin black trim along the top keeps the outfit from blending into one.
Sofia accessorized with a black Sofia Coppola for Louis Vuitton clutch, black ankle-strap Celine wedges and a black bangle.
I’m truly sold on this look. I know I will snapping this up come March 8th when the collection goes on sale.

Lovely! I like how she accessorized this outfit.
I’ve never seen Sofia looking anything less than ultra chic and I love this on her.
So far it’s looking really promising and I shall definately be trying to bag an item or two…
I don’t like the outfit at all, but her accessories/hair/makeup are great. Even though the outfit is a mess, she still looks poised and graceful
I adore his look. I sometimes find her a tad dull, albeit always chic, but this look is gorgeous!
I would try the look myself, but I am 5’7, so no.
Also, thank the lord she isn’t wearing the sandals, I’m assuming (desperately hoping) you wont be trying those, FC?
never a fan of H&M shoes. they never do my size
Pajamas. That’s it. Different length might have worked, or maybe a different cut, because the patterned silk is great, but as a two piece cropped pants suit, it just looks like she’s getting ready for bed.
I can’t agree more.. I love both pieces but not combined..

+3, though I was thinking ‘track suit’.

Thank you for posting Sofia separately! I’ve been looking for her appearance for this launch, but most sites just posted celebrity photos. She looked so, so chic! It’s extremely hard to pull off a PJ look, but she did it perfectly. Her gamine body and elegance surely helped.
Loove!
On the wrong person this could like satin pajamas but Sofia manages to make this look chic.
Not a fan. It seems the pattern for when big designers do an affordable line, they try to make the pieces as ugly and unwearable as possible.
