Daisy Edgar-Jones Proves a Black Dress Needn’t Be Boring
Daisy Edgar-Jones made a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where the British actress discussed the story behind her name, meeting Steven Spielberg at her first Hollywood party, starring in the new adaptation of Sense and Sensibility, and how she thinks she would fare in the 18th century.

Daisy is surely in the running for one of the best press tours of 2026, and her campaign for your votes continued as she made her way onto the set wearing a Schiaparelli Fall 2026 black bustier dress.
No method dressing, no hidden references to her character, just a flattering dress that looks fantastic on her. The gold embroidered skeletal motif, with its curved lines and dangling embellishments, takes this well beyond the typical LBD we see on late-night talk shows.

And that’s what I’ve enjoyed most about Daisy’s Sense and Sensibility press tour. She’s given us variety without losing her sense of style, and even a black dress feels like an occasion when it comes with this much character.
Simple black pumps completed her look, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
