Anne Hathaway Swaps Her Gown for Pajamas at the ‘Verity’ After-Party

Following the premiere, Anne Hathaway was seen heading to the Verity after-party on the Upper East Side.

Opting for black again, the actress changed into Sleeper’s Black Tie Pajamas.

Yes, actual pyjamas. I guess the clue is in the name, and I don’t blame her. After wearing such a beautiful but highly fitted gown from Atelier Prabal Gurung for the premiere, comfort for the after-party was no doubt essential.

The feather-trimmed set is designed to make the transition from loungewear to eveningwear, and Anne certainly made that case here. I’m glad she kept the detachable feathers, as without them I’m not sure the look would have had quite the same after-party appeal.

Gold Aquazzura So Nude sandals and a black Bvlgari clutch dressed things up further, but the pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the Bvlgari High Jewelry Divas’ Dream necklace and matching earrings.

If you’re going to wear pyjamas to an after-party, this is certainly one way to do it.
