Hannah Waddingham’s Pink-Toned ‘Ted Lasso’ Beauty Look

Hannah Waddingham’s floral mini may have made the statement at the Ted Lasso New York premiere, but her beauty look took a softer approach.

Makeup artist Gita Bass worked with Elizabeth Arden to create glowing skin, softly defined eyes and a nude lip, complementing the bold floral detailing of Hannah’s dress.

“Hannah’s stunning dress was strong and bold, so we wanted to keep the makeup soft and glowy by contrast, with emphasis on bright eyes and radiant skin,” Gita shared.

For the complexion, Gita started with Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge-On Cream Makeup in 09 Perfect Beige, adding Flawless Finish Skincaring Concealer in 335 where extra coverage was needed. She set the base with Flawless Finish Pressed Powder in Medium, before using Medium/Deep to contour and add warmth.

Blush Rouge in Pink Sunset was swept across the apples of the cheeks for a sun-kissed finish, while Rose Quartz Glow Highlighter was applied to the high points of the face to enhance the radiance.

Elizabeth Arden’s Flawless Finish complexion products formed the base of Hannah Waddingham’s New York premiere makeup.

Hannah’s green eyes were the focus of the look. Gita applied the Matte Pink shade from the Profoundly Pink Eyeshadow Palette across the upper lids and lower lash line, with Rose Gold placed at the centre of the lids for a touch of sparkle.

A mini wing created with High Drama Eyeliner in Smokey Black added definition, followed by several coats of Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance Mascara.

For the lips, Gita first applied the Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant Stick to hydrate and prep, finishing with Lip Color Moisturizing Lipstick in Notably Nude.

I love how the pink tones around the eyes work especially well with Hannah’s green eyes.
